All visit times are approximate and are based on the pet sitter’s route.Visits requested earlier or later than normal route hours (7am to 8pm) have an additional fee.

Neighborhood Walks & Home Visits:

Cancellation Policy:
Standard Pet Sitting/Dog Walking Service & Vet Visit: 24 hours in advance notice is required. A cancellation made less than 24 hours of the scheduled visit(s) requires a cancellation fee equal to that of the first visit.
Overnight Stays: 72-hours in advance notice required. A cancellation made less than 72 hours of the scheduled visit(s) requires a cancellation fee of one-half the total amount of the previously agreed upon dates of service.

Referrals:
Receive a complimentary visit for every person you refer who uses Paw-in-Hand services

Payment:
Payment, cash or check, is required in advance or on the day of the first visit. On lengthy assignments, one-half deposit may be accepted with the understanding that payment of remaining fees will be promptly given upon completion of services contracted. A handling fee of $30.00 will be charged on all returned checks.
